Return Policy
1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through FROST CHILDREN Webstore are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong product, size, or quantity
- Buyer’s remorse
- Finding the item elsewhere at a lower price
Once an order is placed and payment is processed, the transaction is considered complete.
2. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:
Defective or Incorrect (different from the item you ordered), you must notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery at [email protected].
All items are inspected as they are packed, we are not responsible for damage that occurs during transit. While we take great care to protect vinyl records during the shipping process and use Whiplash mailers for maximum protection, minor cosmetic damage to the outer sleeve may occasionally occur in transit. Please note that we cannot provide refunds for minor wear or damage to the outer sleeve caused during shipping.
To be eligible for review:
- You must provide your order number.
- You must submit clear photographic evidence of the defect, damage, or incorrect item.
- We reserve the right to request return of the defective or incorrect item before issuing a replacement or store credit.
- After reviewing the information provided, at our discretion we may provide compensation.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a replacement is authorized due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover standard shipping costs for sending the replacement to you.
4. Legal Rights
This Return Policy does not limit any statutory rights you may have under applicable law. If local laws require a minimum return period for defective items, we will comply with those requirements.
